AI robots are a threat to the HR Department

As the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is growing, apparently it is leading to a situation of job steal. According to a survey conducted by LinkedIn, over 62% of company big-heads are interested in seeking the services of Machine Learning (ML) robots to recruit people.

Thus, the role of the robots might slowly and steadily steal the involvement of a human mind in recruitment and that might truly lead to an enormous threat to the HR sector or its permanent shutdown.

In the survey report released by LinkedIn, over 67% of companies have an opinion that AI saves time and capita and delivers 99% of efficient candidates all the time…. seriously?

And 37% of them felt that the involvement of AI will remove the element of human bias on a permanent note.

Some may have a doubt on how a robot will conduct the process of recruitment. Well, it’s simple, the ML algorithm will analyze the answers given by the candidates on a recorded video interview, grade their verbal sentences and emotions and judge them by facial responses…… really?

AI Robots are being approached by HR managers as they can lessen their burden to a certain extent, help companies to filter the best candidate and ensure that the recruiting process remains consistent with an overall note.
