Graylog, a provider of SIEM and log management solutions designed to support lean security and IT teams, has appointed Jorda (Jody) Cire as Chief Financial Officer. The move strengthens Graylog’s executive leadership as the company advances into its next stage of growth.
Cire brings extensive experience overseeing finance organizations at technology companies backed by venture capital and private equity. Prior to joining Graylog, he served as CFO of InterVision Systems through its acquisition by NWN Corporation. His earlier roles include CFO positions at Prescott’s Inc., AllCloud, and LogRhythm, where he played a key role in capital formation initiatives, IPO preparation, and strategic transactions.

He will focus on strengthening the company’s operational foundation to enable sustainable organic growth and targeted acquisitions, while acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors.
