Blue Mantis has named Jay Pasteris chief services officer as the company brings its professional services, managed services, technology practices and solutions architecture teams under a unified leadership structure.
In the new role, Pasteris will oversee the company’s end-to-end services organization, including consulting, architecture, implementation, managed services and technical practices. The move is intended to create a more seamless customer experience and support faster delivery across Blue Mantis’ services portfolio.
“Jay has earned the trust of our customers, partners, and employees through his commitment to service excellence, innovation, and execution,” said Josh Dinneen, CEO of Blue Mantis. “Aligning our services, practices, and architecture organizations under his leadership will help us deliver even greater value and outcomes for our clients.”
The appointment comes as Blue Mantis continues to invest in its services capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, managed services and digital infrastructure.
“Organizations today are looking for partners who can help them navigate increasingly complex technology challenges,” said Jay Pasteris. “Bringing together our services, technical practices, and architecture teams enables us to respond more quickly, deliver more integrated solutions, and help our customers achieve better business outcomes.”
Blue Mantis said the leadership structure is designed to strengthen coordination across its technical and services teams as customer needs become more complex.
“Customer success has always been at the center of what we do,” added Dinneen. “By aligning our services and technical organizations under Jay’s leadership, we are strengthening our ability to innovate, execute, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients as we continue to grow.”
