Reliance Cyber, one of the UK’s first Google Cloud MSSP Partners, has launched RADAR, an agentic MDR platform integrated with Google Security Operations. The platform is designed to help enterprise security teams address alert fatigue, speed up investigations and strengthen detection quality through agent-assisted triage, detection engineering and a natural-language customer portal.
The launch comes as security teams contend with increasing alert volumes, broader attack surfaces and mounting expectations to demonstrate measurable cyber resilience. The growing ability of threat actors to discover and exploit vulnerabilities at scale is adding further pressure to IT and security teams. RADAR aims to move MDR operations beyond manual alert processing toward governed, agent-assisted security operations centered on speed, quality and transparency.
During the past 12 months, Reliance Cyber has deployed RADAR across every alert handled by its SOC. The company reports that the platform achieved 99.3% precision in AI-assisted alert classification across the SOC’s highest-volume alert sources, covering more than 18,000 cases. It also identified approximately 3,000 tuning opportunities across more than 10,000 production SIEM rules.
Building on these results, RADAR brings together four specialist agents covering detection engineering, threat triage, response orchestration and autonomous self-healing within a unified orchestration layer. The platform is managed and monitored with expert human oversight.

RADAR operates on top of Google Security Operations, providing an additional orchestration and action layer. Reliance Cyber describes the platform as an agentic fabric positioned above the underlying Google Security Operations infrastructure, coordinating its components, applying judgement across their outputs and converting those outputs into measurable outcomes for customers.
Although RADAR is built on the Google Security Operations stack, Reliance Cyber said the platform will also support integrations with other major security vendors from launch.

Google Cloud is playing a central role in the development of the new platform through its collaboration with Reliance Cyber. As the relationship expands, Google Cloud is supporting Reliance Cyber’s specialist AI agents and helping the company progress from an “AI-enabled, with human-in-the-loop administration” model toward “expert human oversight” of AI agents.
Reliance Cyber views this transition as a responsible approach to achieving AI-powered, machine-speed security response while retaining expert human control.
With RADAR entering production in 2026, customers will receive direct access to the service through a customized next-generation portal featuring a natural-language AI assistant. The assistant is grounded in each customer tenant’s alerts, incidents and threat intelligence, providing a more accessible way to interact with security operations data.
The portal will also provide unified dashboards, real-time intelligence feeds and proactive recommendations relating to security posture and the evolving threat landscape. The platform extends beyond SOC operations to incorporate context from Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security and other Reliance Cyber service offerings.
At the same time, Reliance Cyber is evolving the role of its analyst team. Experienced analysts are moving away from the routine management and investigation of low-level alerts and toward orchestrating investigations, detection engineering and incident response. The shift also enables analysts to work more closely with customers and focus on delivering enhanced security outcomes.
