Camelot Secure has named Victor Brown as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), expanding its executive leadership team to accelerate innovation in AI-driven cybersecurity. The appointment is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to support government agencies, defense industrial base (DIB) contractors, and enterprise organizations as they confront increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, AI-enabled attacks, hybrid-cloud security challenges, and evolving regulatory compliance requirements.
Brown joins Camelot Secure with more than three decades of experience spanning information technology, enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and leadership in the federal technology market. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President and CTO for IBM U.S. Public and Federal Market. During his tenure at IBM, Brown earned several of the company’s highest technical honors, including Distinguished Engineer and IBM Quantum Ambassador. He has also advised federal agencies and Fortune 500 organizations on AI adoption, hybrid multi-cloud strategies, Red Hat technologies, and mission-critical cybersecurity modernization initiatives.
In his role as CTO, Brown will oversee the continued advancement of Camelot Secure’s Secure360 Platform, working closely with engineering, product management, and development teams to enhance customer network protection against advanced cyber threats and improve the platform’s overall security capabilities.
