Wannacry hackers issue a new ransomware warning

Hackers who targeted more than 200,000 computers operating globally with Wannacry Ransomware early this month have issued the latest warning which says that they are ready to sell on secret NSA cyber weapons for $21,000 monthly subscription.

The mysterious hacking group called Shadow Brokers which might be secretly funded by North Korea is ready to sell digital weapons developed by Americaā€™s National Security Agency to high rollers, governments, OEMs, security companies or other hackers, provided they are ready to pay 100 units of crypto currency called Zcash worth $23,000 USD or Ā£19,456.

In a message released by Shadow Brokers which is in broken English, the hackers admit that they are ready to offer a secret software dump on a monthly subscription basis from June 1stĀ  of this year.

The hackers also admitted in their statement that their previous launch of Ransomware( Wanna cry) which brought the digital operations of NHS to knees was developed by one of the exploits references made by the NSA in Aprilā€™17.

But according to the security experts from Kaspersky, this could be a honey trap laid by the hackers to extract money and there is no guaranty that the amount will surely yield to the dump.

Furthermore, experts say that since the hackers are disappointed with what they financially gained from the previous Wanna cry Ransomware cyber attack, they might have drafted the new policy of offering ā€œMonthly Dump Service of NSA Digital Cyber Weaponsā€ to interested buyers.

And now, to those who are interested in paying for the subscriptionā€”endorsing criminal conduct will be a wrong message to sendā€¦..isnā€™t it?
