Wipro invests in CloudKnox Security

Information Technology major Wipro has publicly announced that it is planning to expand its cloud infrastructure operations by investing in CloudKnox Security. The objective of this investment will be to proactively manage and protect users who are operating in multi-cloud environments by tracking and remediating suspicious identities.

 

As per the details available to Cybersecurity Insiders, Wipro used the $150 million funding II of Wipro Ventures as a partnership deal in the cloud security firm which will in turn help users save their assets from various Cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

 

Wipro has also made it official that it will be using CloudKnox Security’s access governance offered hybrid cloud as a service to leverage the NextGen Cyber Defense Centers to deliver the service.

 

As businesses are using multi and hybrid cloud environments, they are putting the platforms to risk exposing them to new Cybersecurity vulnerabilities. This is where the technology of CloudKnox Security will be useful as it offers identity governance and secure cloud workloads for customers helping them manage their hybrid cloud environments with ease.
