NuArx, a Southfield based company, was acquired by the Ireland-based Sysnet Global Solutions for an undisclosed amount. The deal is said to close by the 3Q of 2021 and is set to improve the market expansion of Sysnet Technology’s platform.

When most of the workforce is working from home because of the COVID-19 pandemic spread, a rise in cyber attacks has been analyzed by most of the security firms last year.

NuArx purchase by Sysnet is said to boost the latter’s market hold in Cybersecurity, as from now on it can help users protect their digital transactions taking place between businesses and their customers.

“The NuArx Team is super-excited to join the workforce of Sysnet Global Solutions”, said Rich Stanbaugh, CEO of NuArx. He added that the inclusion and integration of technology will help deliver a broader range of services and cutting edge solutions that will lead to innovative culture and commitment to customer success.

Sysnet that caters to the digital needs of over 4 million merchants worldwide is said to offer solutions that are enriched with security and compliance on the worldwide note.

Note- In the recent weeks, there has been a rise in the closure of acquisition deals and trade analysts suggest that the boost might have been witnessed because of the announcement of $2000 Stimulus checks to fellow Americans and $600 Corona Relief payment by Joe Biden- that could increase more after the 46th President takes charge on January 20, 2021.
