Haven Cyber, a Luxemburg based technology investment firm has announced that it is going to acquire cybersecurity company Onevinn for an undisclosed amount. Currently, the sources reporting from the firm say that the deal is still in talk’s stage and might be disclosed to the world by this weekend.
Haven Cyber aims to acquire cybersecurity companies prevailing in Europe and the United States and wants to become a sole cybersecurity provider in Europe. The objective of the said tech firm is similar to that of its partner and leading investor C5 Capital which wants the fragmented cyber security market to be consolidated in order to serve the security needs of organizations across Europe.
Coming to Onevinn, it is a security firm which offers technology advice and solutions to corporate firms in and around Europe.
Based in the scenic locales of Gothenburg, Sweden, the company offers customized but modern security solutions to organizations based on their demand, information value and previous investments in IT infrastructure. This includes security solutions, threat assessment, digital transformation, staff and creating awareness among them about the current cybersecurity landscape.
