Vodafone launches Lookout Mobile Security service

Vodafone UK has launched a service dubbed Lookout Mobile Security to help businesses operating in its region against cyberattacks launched through mobile devices. The first three months’ subscription will be free for 3 months to all new and existing business customers and will the application assures protection against cyber threats such as malware invasions, application threats, network threats like unencrypted devices and threats related to obsolete software and those which lack password protection.

 

Vodafone which is offering the service in partnership with Lookout says that the protection can be highly customized by users via a dashboard and is being included with real-time visibility.

 

In recent times, cyber attacks on the IT infrastructure of companies have increased as hackers are seen exploiting vulnerable points such as individuals working from home during COVID 19 Pandemic. Thus, maintaining robust levels of security in such crucial times becomes extremely essential for businesses.

 

And this is where Lookout’s Mobile Security will help businesses secure their infrastructure from cyber attacks and will benefit them by providing mobile productivity with the assurance that their corporate assets are excellently protected.

Note- Lookout is cloud-based mobile security offering company from California that has been offering a free Android version of the anti-malware solution on T-Mobile, AT&T, and Sprint telecom devices.
