Cisco Talos extends cybersecurity support to Ukraine

Cisco Talos has announced that it is going to offer cybersecurity support to Ukraine government and critical infrastructure providers. It also made it official that it will render support to companies that are suffering from cyber attacks such as Ransomware launched by Russia.

Ciscoā€™s support includes a release of an executive guidance document that offers intelligence on the analyzed attacks on Ukraine Cyber- Infrastructure till date.

According to the analyses made by Talos, the frequency of attacks on Ukraineā€™s critical infrastructure have increased by 30% over the second quarter of 2022 and the proportion is said to increase in the next few months, as Russia is trying its best to take down Ukraine from all spheres.

On the other hand, Ukraine is also getting excellent support from west, as a highly skilled cyber team was flown in from UK in May this year, to help train the on-premises staff of critical infrastructure of Ukraine to combat sophisticated threats launched by Kremlin intelligence.

It has to be notified here that almost all top companies like Kaspersky (yes, itā€™s true), Norton and Cisco have already announced that they will offer support to all their products and services functioning in Ukraine.

Microsoft has also announced its free support to IT infrastructure operating in the Volodymyr Zelensky led nation and correspondingly announced that it is pulling out its business from the Russian Federation as the American tech giant is denouncing the move of killing innocent civilians in the name of war.

NOTE- Technology companies offered Ukraine a free Cybersecurity support on the occasion of the nationā€™s Independence Day.
